I went for my Jackson Hewitt appointment, I was helped with a really nice lady named Debbie, she helped me so much, gave me insight on a few jobs, and was very patient with me uploading some documents, and making the time go by fast!! Came out and there was a cart up against my car on the little tree median and it scratch up my car. I kinda wonder how it would've been if that cart was put away or even able to be. Also this walmart never has smalls in stock

Ordered online for pick up. Two days and no pick day established. Money was taken out of bank account. Traveled to store and employees had no idea how to assist. Contacted help center, they contacted store, issue not resolved. Finally ask representative to cancel order. While in the store the item I wanted was not in the store and the item they canceled due to not having was in abundance. Certain employees were not helpful and it was evident they never had the intention to provide me with the items I ordered. I traveled here to work and keep this area moving with purchasing food, groceries, fuel and hotel during these rough times.

I love Walmart. It's so affordable here. Well specific items. I purchase sides only. No meats. For a family of five, I can easily spend 40 for our sides and have enough for two weeks. Meal planning of course!

This place is the epicenter of trash in Lakeland. Check out my photos of the family restroom. This is in better condition than what we walked into. I had to clean around the children's toilet just so my daughter could use it. Trash. Pure trash.
