One of the best experiences I've had with a company. The mechanics broke it down what was wrong with my Kenworth T680. Fixed the problem and told me about the further problems if I'm back in this area will always check with them. Friendliest staff I met with in a long time. I highly recommend them for any issues with your Kenworth.

I cant express how bad of an experience i had with this shop, but i will try! The mechanics are incompetent and the service manager is a complete lier! What should have been an easy R&R of what ended up being a bad vgt actuator, turned into a nightmare! They disconnected my emissions harness and said it and the chassis module needed to be replaced. They also replaced my pd box and harness after splicing one circuit wire in it, claiming that it was faulty, i have placed it back in the truck and is fine, will see if i can return this part or sell on eBay, or save it for the future. I got a used chassis module, because a new one apparently wasn’t available, they said they used it because the original was bad, it wasn’t and is also still in the truck, the used one i found from a wrecker is still sitting on my passenger seat! They replaced the emissions harness and claimed it was bad, it isn’t(i have photos), and they cut a couple of wires to justify their lies. They did an overlay on my J2 port harness which didn’t need to be done(major mistake) and then reconnected the wires they cut. 3.5 weeks later, they actually got it back on the road, and charged me $14,000. They are scamming their customers, providing horrendous service and should be avoided at all costs! I will be happy to share my story and experience to anyone, so that they don’t have to go through what i did. Take your truck to the Peterbuilt 5miles down the road.

Absolutely amazing service. I'm on a maintenance lease with my company, I had a wheel speed sensor out affecting no less than 6 different systems. They said they wouldn't be able to fix it until the next morning and then shortly after they pulled my truck into their shop and got it done right before they closed. Every mechanic and service personnel were polite and friendly, and the parts employees helped me get the right chains at a great price and even helped me load them into my rig. Will absolutely come back here for repairs.

They did an outstanding job on our company truck.I would give this place a million star review if possible They take their time to do it right and we really appreciate that! Shout out to the techs who fixed our injectors! Thank you! We hope we didn't bother ya all too much by coming in and out of the shop!
