They gave me a 2-hour window to be there on the spot. Currently waiting now and going on 3-hours now (who knows how much longer). They definitely need to improve their communication to the customer as they do not give updates if a delay in delivery is expected. I called both driver and office, and all I heard was excuse after excuse with no take of responsibility. I do not give reviews EVER (good or bad) but this is deserved. Very unprofessional.
