I always liked Americold but this one made me hate it, I was there for 12 hours and the people here Looks like they don’t give a damn about the job, there is a lot of slow moving and phone looking going on, I was frustrated and it is unacceptable.

I think this is the fastest americold on planet Earth. Well..it was.. at least for me. Arrived at 6.50 for 7 appointment. Got door straight away was done by 7.45. they even come out n give u paperwork so u can get out of their property and so they can attend other trucks lining up. Employee's are friendly.

Appointment time was 9am,arrived at 5am gave me a door right away and started unloading me 10 minutes later. Check in people were friendly and nice. All a pretty nice experience.

My overall experience was good. The whole process was pretty smooth. The unloader came out and got me when he was ready for me. My appointment was for 1300 and I got there at 5am and was out by 10am. It worked out for me because it was an overnight run so I was able to sleep while I waited to be docked and get unloaded. STAGING AREA BETWEEN DOCK DOORS 9 & 10 🇭🇳👍😎👍🇭🇳
