Home Depot is one of the worst places to buy your appliances from
I made a purchase for 3 different pieces was told it would be delivered
a month later A NO SHOW Then they said would deliver the next week a No
SHOW then the 3rd week a NO SHOW No apologies No follow up I was told by Home Depot was not there problem it was the delivery service I told them I did not buy from delivery service but Home Depot and should be compensated for 4 2hour trips to meet the delivery truck They said they owe me nothing Poor customer service The only person who was helpful was a lady name Teresa seem to be the only one who cared but her hands were limited in what she could do Poor Management at the Home Depot on Chantilly pkwy in Montgomery Alabama Will never buy from them again Never heard from Management I ended up going to a local family owned business appliance store the Cohens Great service Had everything in stock Appliances delivered

Clean, well stocked, not too crowded and quite. Plenty of plant variety both garden and decorative. Many landscape plants on special sale. Friendly cashier. Easy checkout in garden. 2 customer service employees at the desk and quick self check out to the far left of the store near the exit. The entrance and exit are the store's width apart.

It's a Home Depot. Any questions!? They are asking me to update this review. I prefer The Home Depot over Lowe's. It is simply a personal preference. I find it difficult to review a home improvement store.

Once again they are asking me to update my review. Nothing has changed. I often find that some of the prices on the shelf do not match the register price. It is simply frustrating.

They're usually well stocked in whatever you're there for. I highly recommend you get the home Depot app for an easier shopping experience. You can search on the app for things and it will tell you what isle it's located on.

I needed to make an exchange of a product and I didn't have the receipt for the purchase... there was no credit card information on file, so I'm looking for a big disagreement. To my surprise the Customer Service Worker kindly gave me a store credit without any issue!!! I was very shocked and satisfied at the same time. Great Job Home Depot!!
