Mao Dary for Ankeny Towing
Do not recommend using Ankeny Towing. Generally I am calm and collected in nature. I not in that nature after talking with the guy at Ankeny Towing (you know who are). I was treated like dirt for trying to pick up my car. Had to make several trips to appeal their demands and at the end they made me find my own car in the yard. Advice, be nice to your customers. It’s that simple!

Miche Crise for Ankeny Towing
They broke my key fab and never apologized or even mentioned it when they called for payment after the tow. I was not made aware until the dealer called me later that day.

They were extremely polite and understanding on the phone. I was on the side of the road and they sent a truck immediately. Driver was great and very nice. I would recommend to anyone

Very quick service. Tow bill was what I expected. They billed the shop I went to directly so I didn’t have to have two bills. Would have been awesome had the driver asked for my keys instead of taking vehicle without them.

I had Ankeny Towing tow a vehicle of mine that I lost a key to out to Mercedes-Benz. It was in an awkward spot so when it was loaded on the flatbed it was pulled sideways and bent the tie rods. I didn't know this until l went to pick it up from Mercedes-Benz after the key was made. I called in and explained the situation. They asked for pictures and the bill from it. I emailed them all the information from Mercedes-Benz and without any arguments they sent me a check back for the work in the mail. I have always had great experience with this business and I would highly recommend them for any towing needs. They are by far the best and most transparent towing company around the Des Moines metro.
