Travel proves difficult in these covid times. This welcome center/rest stop provides a welcomed oasis for the weary traveler. The facility is clean and modernised. Recommend this as a preferred road stop.

The physical rest area facility was nice, but the people at the information desk were totally distracted on their phones. The only communication from the information staff that we received was their request for us to fill out the guest book. However, everyone else that we encountered during our four days in Kentucky were friendly & gracious. It is sad that a beautiful visitor facility was hosted by people that clearly didn't want to be there on Saturday morning, October 13, 2018.
