When I have my truck worked on it will always come here because wade in service will get me in the bay asap and mechanics diagnose the problem in a timely manner. Wade always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of every time he makes my job so much easier. So thank you to everybody at kenworth of jackson

When 72% of US relies on trucking business, and you have been treated poorly and unprofessionally, leaves me with nothing but submit this review for you guys. My husband spent 3 full days to fix his truck there. Without mentioning that a very wrong issue was detected, it took workers another day to reverse it and fix a real problem that normally would take a few hours. Hours of operation are 24/7 for this location, nevertheless, Jacob and his crew working the night shift there had no clue about it and did not want to be interrupted from playing on there phones and running around in order to locate the right angle for their Bluetooth devices and Rock station. And these guys are charging clients $270 /hour for their labor . Jacob needs to be out of there asap for laziness, unprofessionalism and pretending that he is actually doing something besides lying and hiding around. Big shout out to only 2 awesome workers there who definitely are the only decision makers working their pay checks right-Taylor and Tim! Thank you for helping us and your customer care, please hire your workers who will value their job and their clients, and will not be a big stain of shame for your huge company. P.S. little things are matter too-remote controller needs a new battery and hot water to take a shower. Thank you

Bret, Trevor, James and Jessie seem to be go guys. Is the place a little pricey? I think so. Do you get honesty and quality? Yes. I would DEFINITELY return if the situation called for it. Thank you all for getting me back on the road.🤙👍 New issue and this team is on point. Hopefully they'll get the issues squared away quickly. Never seen this until today.

Went on for an oil leak and wasn’t pleased with the outcome. Went back and spoke to a manger and they made it right. Sometimes things happen but it’s how problems are fixed that makes a great big deal. All is good. Thank you. Edit: 2nd time changing. Went in for oil leak and truck was still leaking. Went back and they said they will fix no charge. I changed review to good. But truck still leaking. Also did a PM and my truck cut out a week later. These shops charge top dollars for mediocre work. Why is it so hard to find a honest mechanic shop with great work? The picture is taken after they say oil leak was fixed. Shops like this make it difficult for small businesses to stay afloat. They charge high prices and still don’t fix the problem.

Had a wonderful experience at this place yesterday. My A/C broke and the staff got me in the shop fair quickly. Very comfortable drivers lounge and clean shower. Even allowed me stay overnight at their lot cause I had run out of hours by the time the truck was done. Thank you guys..........

All I have is positive things to say about this shop. Josh (and John) was absolutely fantastic to deal with. My Peterbilt had a breakdown (broken Drive Shaft), they recommended a towing company (who took care of me correctly) and took me into their 24 hour running operation to get me back on the road. Unfortunately, we have to make a new drive shaft locally, but Josh detailed everything that was going to happen, dealt with the shop that made the drive shaft and was very thorough with his updates and timelines. The team here at Kenworth kept an eye on my driver and made sure he was OK waiting in the truck while the drive shaft was being made. They were absolutely fantastic on the repairs and the price. I can honestly say that this was a true 5 star experience from all aspects (communication, work performed and price). This is a great shop to do business with! Thank you Josh and John for really honestly taking care of my driver in a time when trucking is really tough to be in. I salute you and the shop this 4th of July!

I can't say anything bad about the people who work here. I pulled in checked in and was in a bay within an hour it seemed. My issue is with this facilities owner and their strict no pets allowed policy.

Some of the people are great, but service is not the strong point
