Absolutely one of the most strangest and disgusting experiences I have ever witnessed. The aisles are too packed and close to one another. The employees didn’t look friendly or welcoming at all. Once we checked out at the cashier, there were two employees. I think they were teens, they just giggled and didn’t understand anything of the water bottle exchange option. They had to ask another employee, who was picking her nose and gave us the eye roll and side eye. Absolutely no respect at all. This first time will be the last one. This store used to be good but now it went down hill ever since 2018.

Been to ACME in NY state, NJ, PA, and here. This location is
better than most. Bought distinctive items here, not available in average markets in NYC: Signature brand Spinach and Mushroom Pizza, Chocolate-coated Pretzel Rods
with colorful icing, store-prepared salmon of several flavors. The list could easily go on. Contrary to other reviewers, the cashiers are congenial and helpful.

Friendly place with plenty of parking. Only purchase sale items as other items are too high priced. It resembles a small town store with a folksy atmosphere. Employees are very nice but it could use some updating. Yet, I will continue to shop there!

Normally I enjoy shopping at this Acme. It's small, but well stocked. The last few times I've gone to this location the aisles have been blocked with employees restocking shelves. Today, I had to ask them to move because they had literally blocked me in as they worked. Today I also had a nightmare with my cashier. He hit total before I could enter my savings card in. Then yelled at me that he'd have to re-ring my whole order to enter it. I stayed calm and told him to re-ring then, what's the point of having an app to add coupons to your card if the cashier doesn't let you use them?? He was mean, the manager blamed his "culture" as if that's an excuse. There's a wonderful newly renovated Stop & Shop across the street. From now on I will be going their, they have self checkout and the machines don't yell at customers.
