Team Muddy Water for Amazon Distribution Center
If I could give them ZERO starts I would but not an option. 7am appointment and it’s now almost 1:30pm very disrespectful of peoples time. It should never take this long to get unloaded when you have an appointment. I will not be coming back to this place.

The one star is to right this review I’ve never been to Amazon like this. The reviews are 💯% accurate. My appointment time was 9am got checked in at 8am told to park in 710 wait for call. Got call at 12:50 to doc in door and currently still waiting. I should’ve helped the workers move trailers cause it seems like I’m working the shift with them. Horrible place to deliver

1 pallet is 1 hour the guy next to me had 4 pallets and was there for 4 hours. I had 20 pallets and was there for 20 hours. Bring something to eat BEFORE you come here. You can get a 34 hour reset here. Make sure you have no other loads to pick up because you will be late. Maybe someone will read this and make it better. I can unload a truck by hand and STILL be faster. Time is money. I don't leave bad reviews so THIS is an exception learn from it then earn from it.

Owner operator do not take or delivery a load for this location at all ...12 hs waiting time and up, even u have appointment. so rude employee and so lazy.

Amazon relay load turns out to be nightmare. The mobile app doesn't match their dock master computer system. They had me 4 drop when im a live unload. Then they had this set for delivery 8 days from my appt time, after hour i had to park for the night waiting on new appt time. Finally thru gate and now sitting waiting on a dock. There goes the rpm.

Gaurd shack @ night is slow as hell on checking drivers in. I truly hate delivering frieght to this place @ night. I've sat up in my truck for more than 45 min to a hour on checking in this facility. Just to do a drop hook. They can do better
