90% of the drivers refuse to follow the simple delivery instructions noted on my account, which constantly causes my deliveries to be delayed. I pay for an Amazon Prime membership and receive lower than USPS service. This is absolutely unacceptable. I've called Amazon numerous times about packages that were marked undeliverable, only to be told every single time that delivery instructions are marked clearly and should have been followed, but nothing has changed in over a year. It's clear that distribution & delivery driver management doesn't give retraining to the drivers that have not delivered my packages correctly and couldn't care less how poorly their delivery drivers perform. Typical South Florida bottom feeders doing the absolute bare minimum to get a paycheck and not being held to performance standards.
