Did a great job however did not call 30 minutes prior to arrival as we were told would happen. We work 5 minutes away and we're expecting the call which resulted in them showing up and us not there. Regardless, they were sweet and put our stuff in the garage.

Loveseat came in a giant box which would not fit into any of our three entry points. Every furniture delivery I've ever gotten was already out of the box and could fit in any door. Delivery men said they are not allowed to remove box so we would have to remove the box and carry the love seat into our house on our own. Not exactly top notch delivery service in my opinion.

Our crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. We have used other movers and we usually end up with scratches in the walls and some of the furniture. Not with Andrews! The crew was respectful, polite and responsive. I would highly recommend them!

Our team leaders stayed with us throughout our 3 day 5 truck local move. Eric & Shawn we’re great. For 3 months prior to our move, and even during, Angelo our Salesman responded to every call and potential concern throughout both business days and weekends. Even The Admin staff and Packers were great. In the end we lost one glass and I did that unpacking. Not sure anyone could ask for anything more.

The two gentleman that delivered our cabinets were so kind and professional!!! They called an hour before delivery and again when they were 10-15 min out. We knew exactly when to expect them and they were there at the exact time they told us!!! Very respectful with the care they used unloading, stacking and placing all 20 cabinets plus trim and etc in our garage. Placed exactly where we asked and offered suggestions. Both great guys!!!

Everyone at Andrews were extremely helpful and they went over and beyond to make my move go smoothly. The crew that moved me: Brian, Barry and Matt were awesome. They took the time to cover the floors and steps so everything stayed dry during the rain. They guys worked really hard to move my things from my Mom's house to my new place without any issues. They were very personable and very professional. I highly recommend this company if you need movers. Thanks Andrews for everything.

Brandon explained the charges associated in detail so there would be on surprises and we think the cost was very reasonable. We would call Andrews again, without hesitation, if we move again.

I used Andrews Moving during June 2019 for a move from Cleveland OH to Durham NC. I give them a 4.75 rating as there was one issue with the move; they first had to use a shuttle then the van. This was discussed prior to the move and was eventually decided it wouldn't be necessary. The shuttle showed up the day of the move but I was told I wouldn't be charged. Well, there was a significant additional cost for this which I wasn't expecting. After discussing with management, the bill was reduced to my satisfaction. The crew was excellent. They knew their stuff, kept me informed during the entire process and arrived at the schedule time, both loading and unloading. There was damage to one dish and a dining room chair which they reimbursed me for immediately after I filed the claim. Filing the claim was painless. I recommend Andrews Movers (United Van Lines) and will use them for my next move.

A 5-star rating isn’t enough for the amazing job my moving team did. Ron, Derek and Cody were fantastic!!! They arrived on time, worked efficiently and carefully as they loaded my furniture and appliances onto the truck. When we arrived at my new home they were just as careful and efficient. They were friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. The total moving cost came in below the original estimate, which is definitely a pleasant surprise. Moving isn’t typically a fun process, but this team from Andrews made moving day great! If I were to be faced with another move, I would hire them again without hesitation. Thank you Ron, Derek and Cody!! You guys rock!
