Nice picnic spots, all are covered. There's fresh water taps in the picnic areas, and plenty of open space for exercising your pups - on leash, of course. AR DOT has a 24 hour maximum stay overnight.

Amazing rest stop. The dogs loved it, so much room to run around for them. There is also a trail that loops around the rest stop for some exercise.

I have always liked this stop. There’s a secret super fun place to walk almost a trail but not actually if you walk towards the north western side and near freeway. It’s where water runs down but it’s looks like a super cool little nature trail. I have walked a ways down it.
They also have very large mature pine trees.

Beautiful views and plenty of parking. Also they have nice shaded areas for picnicking. They even have little barbeque grills. The restrooms have metal toilets which was weird but understandable, as I have seen smashed toilets in rest areas before. It was a nice place to stop after six hours of driving, to get out and see the beauty of Arkansas, rolling out before us, under the sun and shadows of clouds. Getting out and walking around was good to stretch my legs.

Several parking spots for trucks. Lot of car parking. Some amazing views. The restrooms are older looking but well maintained. The vending machines do accept credit and debit cards.
