Called them up and they were nice and professional. I needed a tow to get a flat changed out and they showed up an hour early just to make sure I got to my appointment on time. Hutch, the driver was really cool and honestly loved his job and you could tell ! Would definitely recommend to anyone who need a tow :)

Jay is always there for me when I need him! Very professional and courteous of the handling of the vehicle. He always answers the phone right away, very punctual and honest. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!!

Needed a tow in Providence and called multiple towing companies. When I found Barrett's I called and they had a tow truck available right away. Good price for towing my car out of town and friendly drivers.
