This vendor was used by the company who I ordered my furniture from. They were easy to schedule delivery with. They arrived early on the day of delivery which was fine with me. There was an issue with my order, no fault of the delivery company. They actually helped call the furniture company so we could discuss the problem. This was helpful as I was struggling to get someone on the line who could help. Most delivery companies drop off your stuff and that’s it. Professional, great customer service and prompt.

The movers showed up during their scheduled time slot. They called me ~30 minutes before arriving, just as a heads-up. They were kind, courteous, and followed the direction I provided to a tee. They were mindful about taking their shoes off in the house & they were careful not to knock any walls or doorframes, etc. The whole process was completely stress free.

We moved cross country recently. With all the stress involved, we were so glad we used Berger Allied. David Lorier came out and gave us a fair bid as well as a realistic timeliness. David, Gina, and our driver Agim were all phenomenal. They did exactly what they promised. It took a lot of stress out of our move. We will use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Amie and the entire Berger crew were very attentive, professional and friendly during the entire process. I had many questions regarding the timing/process and Amie responded very quickly to each. Both the loading and unloading went great. The guys were very careful with our belongings and was very helpful setting up the beds and getting all the furniture to the right spots. Having moved multiple times, the Berger team made it easy.

This is my second time using Berger, first when I moved from TX to CA, and then again most recently to move back to TX. Both moves were so hassle free for me. Michelle helped me with my most recent move. She was available throughout the entire process, and would respond within the hour. The dates of actual pick-up and drop-off were within my original quoted dates, and I wasn’t blindsided by any extra charges. I even had an issue with my TV, couldn’t find the screws for the movers to put the stand back together. Michelle made sure my order stayed opened until the screws were found and the stand was put together. I recommend them to anyone looking to move. I will definitely use them again for any future moves.
