B Smoove for Boss Truck Shop
Don’t bother if you have something minor to be worked on. Checked in before noon and told 2-3 hours only to have drivers after me be serviced. Only reason I stayed at truck stop was for scales to be closed for my delivery to head too. I’ll just head to the usual TA on my way back up or in Jessup pending if I want to stop at the casino. I thought it was better than Ta but at least TA goes in order of job placed no matter the profit they make. I’ll spread the word to others to avoid this shop all together due to piss poor management and lack of mechanics on duty. It’s 630 pm and I’m out of here. I think the Mgr was a liberal and felt upset after I coached old timer about politics which he got to fussing and jumping all around lol. Then they finally call me after I’m done the road 40 min later. SMH.

There were no trucks in the bay , the service trucks were parked outside . Lady behind the desks comes from the back and states it’s two trucks in front of me and it’s going to be four hours, with a mouth full of food. I decline service. You’re better off bypassing this place and going to the TA. The servicemen stood outside and were smoking cigarettes. They’re just getting a free check because I stayed in the parking lot an hour to move my tandems myself and the bay is still empty. They want the money, but don’t want to work.

I work at the Transteck across the street. We had a customer today in need of a seat and an install. Our shop was Busy and PAUL was willing to add the install onto the end of the day. The customer got his seat and we took it over. Always glad to work with these guys!

Monty Gustus for Boss Truck Shop
This review is 3 weeks late, however. Another boss shop in Ft Meyers, FL so called replace 3 airbags and a leveling valve. After leaving the shop everything seemed fine. A couple of days later i noticed the trailer wasn't building up any air. Long story short, i took the trailer to a boss shop Elkton, MD. After i explained what was going on, the shop mechanic did an inspection on the trailer. He said to me the whole job was screwed up. The air bags were missing screws. One air bag was coming out and the leveling valve was broken. The next morning the boss shop repaired everything, took before and after pics. The trailer been perfect ever since. I recommend this shop for repairs. 5 star.
