Friendly, happy employees that are pleased to help you shop! Great, quality products. This should be everyone's first stop if they or a family member needs hearing aids....huge savings and expert tech people. I have purchased my husband some Ray-Ban prescription sunglasses recently. He loves them and we saved a huge amount. Excellent optical service.

Great store. Very clean and well maintained. Service is fast through the checkout but can be long lines at times. Great variety and tax is lower than TN. We go here about twice per month. Love when they start the summer products and deals. The Costco Shepherds Pie is wonderful. Also like the Korion Pork Jerky when it goes on sale.

I love Costco because they give you access to great quality products at the best prices. Well worth the executive membership. It's free when you spend enough. I saved a ton of money on my vacation as well. At Costco, you don't have to shop around to find the best price. It is always at a super value. Rarely will you find a better price somewhere else...

For many years I have been shopping at Costco. I have always been impressed prices and deals you can get here. This is a wonderful place to get bulk food items. This store is a huge store so there are many things you can get here such as electronics, frozen food, produce, house hold items, clothes, vitamins, and way more. A lot of high quality food options are available here. Tip: stop by their small food restaurant on the way out! You can get some food that is excellent!

Updated 12/2020: still 5 stars. Was able to quickly get what I needed and clerk was there to assist with self checkout. So much faster than the competing club on Lee highway. Yes, club is across the line in GA, but I have no problem driving a few extra miles to get to it. Never a bad experience. Lines cab be long but, unlike those found at a competing club, these move fast. Staff is always helpful and prices hard to beat.

The staff at the tire shop was friendly and helpful! Tiffany and Joseph took the uneasiness out of replacing tires! It was a great experience, I WILL be coming back for my next tires!

Everyone I've ever dealt with there has always been extremely friendly. Great prices and selection. Plus they require masks! I wish more businesses did that.

As of this posting, Costco in north Georgia is still requiring shoppers wear face masks. However, they hand out disposables at the entry to anyone who forgot theirs. It's business as usual otherwise; except for the checkout lines. Those were much faster than I'm used to at the typical Costco.

Who doesn’t love Costco? They have great prices and it’s nice to stock up. Sometimes the variety isn’t the same as other stores (I’ve looked over and over for vegan chocolate chips...), but we definitely shop here friendly.

Bed bugs found in lift chair ordered from Costco.com!! Beware- buy at your own risk! Costco will not help replace refund or fix the problem their product created! I bought a lift chair for my mother in law who has Parkinson’s and is 80 years old. After having the chair for three months and getting bites on her they finally saw a small bug come out of the chair. Realizing this might be where she had been getting the bites from they turned over the chair and worked hard the find a grouping of small beetles they said. No big deal I was told they bought things to kill the beetles. Last I heard of the problem until recently after a tornado hit their home and they have to go elsewhere while repairs are made to home. We offered to move chair but were told of the problem. Found out they had been spraying the chair twice a week for the last year. We have been to their home numerous times and never told. Immediately we sought a bug specialist. Told this is definitely bed bugs. Small infestation in the chair from Costco and their bed. Advised not to keep chair or bed in the house any further. I contacted Costco and have been informed that this could not be from their product. No history of bedbugs in this home. Specialist confirms mostly the chair infected. Beware from buying from Costco for lift chairs. I definitely will not buy furniture either. They will not stand behind this problem! It’s a shame- I like Costco and the store I use in Ft Oglethorpe Ga the GM assured me Costco would want to fix this problem. But no they do not! Don’t open yourself up to bed bugs being shipped into your home from Costco!
