Wanted to stay but didn't. I was put on hold half an hour while the receptionist looked to see if any rooms were available. You should already know what you have, then I was hung up on. I'm a truck driver and don't have the time to twiddle my fingers waiting on a bed. They already lost my business and I've never stayed there.

I do NOT recommend anyone waste their money in this horrid place. First the place is disgusting. The bathroom was full of hair, the carpets were never vacuumed. There were rouches everywhere. It smelled. On our last day we discovered some clothing went missing (brand new, with its tag). We once had to actually wake the front desk staff to get some assistance. I'm not the type to write awful reviews online, but... come on! It was the most ridiculous, frustrating experience ever. Never going to Days Inn (anywhere) ever again.

Told us we needed a security deposit we walked out and he came up to us and tried to bribe us to waive deposit. No paper towels to clean hands. Rooms were nasty and puke in hallway by pop machine that we complained about and it never got cleaned up.Swimming pool was gross. Was told we would get a refund and never did.

My refrigerator smelled beyond bad I refused to open it again. There is a hole in the wall, The lock on the inside of the door is broken, The bathroom needs to be updated, Chipped paint is basically everywhere, The chairs look really bad, and there are no signs of bed bugs but the bed kept making me itch for some reason idk. OK so the only thing I liked about the room is the tv and ac/heat! 😢 (I want my refund!)

I stayed over night at Days Inn on Garners Ferry Road . The wall paper was peeling off the wall near the lobby exit door. I noticed the chair in lobby was dirty on the arm part. My room had a bad smell and the arms on the chairs was also dirty. The bed was so hard that I couldn't sleep, my back and neck hurted all night. Soon as day light, I shower, dress and left. I was to afraid to eat the breakfast.

My family went for my son's bootcamp graduation. I was really concerned when I read the previous reviews.Everything was clean and nice for us. The only issue we had was a requested wake-up call not being made. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

First off, i called them to make a reservation for a smoking room. Arrived in less than 30 minutes and the dude at the counter says he just gave our room away because it’s first come first served. No other hotels had smoking rooms available so i had to call back and the lady understood me completely. She found me another hotel with a smoking room that i needed. Everything was good until that same hotel that gave my room away, charged my card of $52 and they don’t even know why. I called and the dude upfront didn’t even try to help me. All he said was to call in the morning to talk to his manager. Worse service ever. Never again will i deal with Days Inn ever again.
