Best Western Fishkill Inn & Suites

Nice, comfy rooms. Appreciate a full kitchen so I can cook my meals. Had to ask for cookware because apparently everyone steals it when they leave. Nice size gym and laundry. Pet friendly for a fee. Friendly staff. Was not very accommodating to weird check in or out times due to travel plans and work schedule. Somewhat understandable since it seems very busy around here during summer. Overall very good place to stay.

Probably the best Hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms are definitely more like full out apartments. With a full kitchen, including a stove and dishwasher, really conferable beds and a good living room space. I enjoyed the art hanging in the room. The TV was a great size. I also enjoyed the outside arias, the pool and BBQ spaces. The outdoor grills where actually impressive. the staff was very friendly. Making this place all around worth it. It's nice well traveling to be taken care of. This place does just that!

Roomy condo style hotel rooms. Quiet and lots of BBQ grills and seating areas outside if you wanted to do that. Breakfast wasn't great - one of the waffle irons was not working and the line was long, the omelets and sausages were served cold if you got there 15 min before close. But the room had a full kitchen and it was clean and pet friendly and close to all the attractions. We'll be back.

We gathered from (almost) all corners of the country for a family service. The large rooms were nice for small groups of family to quietly gather. The coffee was great! The location, at major crossroads, was convenient.

Very responsive staff and friendly. Facility is interesting in that it is 17 buildings with 8 units in each. Out side updated and painted. Inside not so much. However, it was very clean and neat. Our unit didn't have much in the way of silverware or glasses, but that was remedied by staff. Biggest issue for us was no safe in room. This seems to be an oversight. Oh and watch for hundreds of bumblebees flying around roofs. Good unit and value.

I booked these rooms specifically because I like this style hotel and because they offered handicap accessible rooms. The rooms are NOT designed well for someone in a wheel chair, sure, the bathroom is nice and big with a wide doorway, but getting into the room is really bad, and the furniture is in the way as soon as you get in. The 4 apartment design is nice, but the handicap room is located directly in front of the staircase to the second level, they should have made the rooms not near the staircase the handicap rooms. It was extremely difficult to turn my fathers wheelchair to get him in and out of the room and over the lip of the doorway. When exiting the room you need a lot of control or the person in the wheelchair will take their head off on the staircase. When entering the room, the door opens against a wall and not all the way, and the living room furniture is in the way, so you can't easily get in the room without moving the couch. They definitely did not do their homework when designing this layout, Aside from that, the coffee cups in the room had not been cleaned, just put away; that was a huge turnoff, one room had undoubtedly been smoked in, we left the window open most of the night. Also, the door to this room was in dire need of repair, the door could barely be opened, it took us a while to figure out you needed to slam the handle down in order to get it to unlatch the door. My wife actually had to climb through the open window at one point to get into the room because she couldn't open the door, and she is FAR from a frail woman. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable.

Stayed here with my husband for one night. Overall we had a good stay, bed was very comfortable and included breakfast was deliscious. The only issue we had was the not draining sink in the bathroom and a broken hairdryer (they provided us with a new one right away after we called), there was also some hair from previous guests in the bathroom. Considering the size of our suite and the price, it was very convenient.

This place has the best rooms. The breakfast in the morning is delicious. The hotel staff is super friendly. Will definitely stay again crew

Nice spacious rooms with kitchen and living area. A little dated. Breakfast was pretty good with several hot items. Nice common space for BBQ's or hanging out with friends.

I would award zero stars if Google would allow it, but they won't. This hotel is not a place I would recommend to anyone, unless possibly they were running short on funds. In any other case, get back on the interstate and keep driving. The check in process was overly complicated and included filling out some paperwork with regards to a pet. The room was atrocious. It smelled of mold, cigarette smoke, and feces. The carpet was stained from end to end. The bathroom was rusted out. One had to hold down the handle on the toilet for a minute to get it to fully flush. Maybe they were trying to promote water conservation. One morning I was in my room with the dead bolt on and housekeeping came in. There was no privacy sign present in the room for me to use so I suppose I cannot blame them. Every morning there was a pile of lumber and other construction material at the bottom of the stairs leading to my door that I had to navigate my way over. Customer service, friendliness, and efficiency are not hallmarks of this operation. I suppose that the only redeeming quality was the free breakfast.
