There is good communication between repair facility and the driver/company. They are timely in all aspects.

Got my truck in early than promised. Provided shuttle to and from hotel. Very nice guys to deal with. Awesome place.

Had a pm service completed as well as a couple other things looked at and they did a fantastic job. Very professional and thorough. I would definitely have service completed here again. Great job to everyone here.

Slow at getting repairs. Lack of in stock parts and ordering parts. Mechanics slow and not equipped to handle amount of repairs. Check in confusion causing delays because they don't write everything up. Way overpriced for quality of work being done.

The employees in the parts department go out of their way to get what you need in a hurry. They are very knowledgeable and don't give you a run around. I diffinitly recommend trying them out first before going elsewhere.

They were able to fix our truck faster than estimated.

Friendly staff service manager was helpful unfortunately went to p u truck that was sent from sister dealership but had fault code

This review is way overdue I promised a service tech Kim I would ride in I stopped here at the end of summer in August I was bummed out had a light problem on the tractor service tech Kim informed me it would be a long while there was eight people in front of me she did not give me any runaround it was on Thursday she would try but it did not look good, they got to me on Friday to try but no luck needed parts so I had to wait till Monday and had the greatest mechanic Craig, I was so impressed with his time and patience to fix my problem he mounted and fixed the harness correctly, on my Kenworth T6 80, what a professional job, I read your other reviews, On the unhappiness, but I do not agree, KENWORTH in new Stanton Pennsylvania, is clean the service tech has great integrity, I trust her honesty thank you Kim, And Craig thank you so much you are one outstanding mechanic you take a lot of pride in your work, and the place is so clean here the drivers lounge, and the restrooms I want to give a shout out to the maintenance man who I met in the restrooms he deserves a great shout out everything is so clean this KENWORTH if it was 10 stars you would get 10 stars but you definitely have my five stars and I hope I have the privilege to stop in there again, again thank you

The mechanic did a good job. Now their bill side of things is messed up, I was told by the service department that worst case scenario 3hr to replace the compressor and they charged me for 5hrs, they break a spacer prying it off and charge ME for it now that's $445 that I SHOULD NOT have had to pay for. I will not get my truck serviced here again. The ONLY reason I gave 2 stars was because the mechanic was informative and took the time to explain exactly what he had done.
