this storage is very helpful and very convenient!! if i have a problem, the ladies are quick to help me with any questions i have. Marianne was very polite and helpful to make sure everything was fine with my storage!! great company!

I am very impressed with the professionalism exhibited by Marianne. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner, great facility, excellent response rate, and very accommodating based on some of our specific needs. I appreciate the positive attitude and helpful spirit every step of the way!

I just signed up for a climate controlled unit. The paperwork process was quick and efficient, I had help from Mary Anne. She was very friendly and helpful when I had questions. She even gave me a map to my storage unit so I would know where to go! I am so grateful for all the help I received as it has been many years since I used a storage facility. If you are looking for a clean and organized facility, KO Storage is it!!!

Desirae was absolutely the best!! Extremely sweet and kind. She explained everything to us and unfortunately we had to call back 15 mins later to cancel because a family member got us another unit with a different company that we weren't aware of and what we thought was going to be a difficult time getting a refund it was smooth sailing. If the company hires people like her to run the business then they have to be a great place to deal with. Next time we need a unit this will be our place.
