There is a worker with a nasty attitude, who should be removed from their role of customer service in the uscan. They were disrespectful, shaking their head, rolling their eyes at me when I asked for assistance with a defective manager special barcode that wouldn’t scan. Mind you, the self checkout was nearly empty, so I suspect they simply did not want to lift a finger today. Please, leave your bad attitude at home, or find employment that doesn’t require working with the public. With all the terrible things going on in the world, I cannot handle another bad attitude directed at me for absolutely no reason.

I have waited for an hour and a half for $35 worth of groceries at this location. I have had to make multiple trips and been charged for items I did not receive. But today takes the cake. Today was the worst experience I have ever had with a store. The amount of failure was truly staggering. I placed a pick-up order and went to pick it up. I ordered from this location because they owed me for items they charged me for but didn't give me on a previous order. While waiting for my order to be brought out, I got a text and email that my pick-up had been completed. However, I still did not have my order. I called the store and was told someone else picked it up for me. In truth, Kroger had just given my order to someone else and charged me for it. They said they would have to pick my order again and it would take 25-30 minutes. Then, I hear an employee say that the person who picked up my order said my name. No one in the world knew I had placed an order, so no one could have given my name other than me. The lying sent me over the top, so I had to go home. I called the manager who apologized and said I would receive $50 off my order. An employee called to say my order was ready and I needed to bring my card to receive the refund. When I got back the second time, I was told that they couldn't do a refund to my card and instead, I was given a $50 gift card. I was too tired and defeated to object, but I had wanted my money back and not a gift card. I got home with the second order, and 8 items that I had originally been charged for were missing. They acted like they did me a favor, and I still don't have all the stuff I ordered.

Do not go here for pickup unless you do it on a weekday morning. We placed a small order for pick up last night (thursday) and picked the time slot 6 - 6:30. We arrived at 6 and noticed a lot of people waiting, so many that we couldn't get a pick up spot. people for the past 2 time slots were waiting still. we decided to wait, thinking this was just a small mess up. we were wrong. after waiting over an hour, I went inside to see if they had even shopped our order since others that arrived later had gotten theirs. I was told by a very nice woman at customer service that they hadn't even shopped our order, and it would be another hour. She refunded us and we went home without our groceries. This complaint is not about her or the young lady who was working very hard to get the orders to the cars. they were awesome. Something is wrong with the whole pickup department, and the managers and higher ups are to blame. We will not be going to that Kroger again.

Very busy arrived near closing. Like a black friday it was so packed. Some fruit flies in the apples, Apologies for not getting more photos, overall all its a great store especially considering it seem like it stays very busy. So it explains why it's a little cluttered, some shelves disheveled but not dirty. The restrooms were satisfactory.

Does this area not require masks? 95% of vendors, customers, and employees didn't have a mask on. It appears they're under a lot of construction and maybe that's why the feel there gives off a warehouse vibe. Highlights: big (really warehouse big feel), potential to have a huge variety, I liked their flowers :) Lowlights: almost no one had masks on. Like close to nobody. Friendly energy is kinda absent today.

This location and especially pick-up is beyond frustrating! I know it isn't the staff's fault, they are doing their best and work hard, it is Kroger and Clicklist's fault for not hiring more workers for an always packed location! My order is never ready when they say it will be, and when they finally do tell me to come I always have to wait another 30-45 minutes until they bring my groceries out. Yesterday I unpacked our food and found spoiled items, probably from it sitting out so long. I would never shop here again if it wasn't the only one in the area!

Absolutely horrible Kroger pick up. Worst one I’ve ever seen, maybe the worst in the US. Not a single car has moved in 30 minutes, I’ve sat here for 45 minutes now. Completely pathetic service should definitely fire everyone.

This location is best shopped, fairly early in the morning, during the day it gets very crowded and may cause a health risk for some, the lines tend to go down the aisle ways most of the time, this location has a bakery, a bigger deli, fresh seafood, large assortment of vegan foods, large produce selection, always have gotten fresh produce from this location and although the lines are super lengthy there are some super friendly employees, the customers on the other hand are mostly stuck up people that don't say excuse me or sorry, I would suggest leaving your cart at the end of the aisle if you're trying to have a fast trip, otherwise you was get stuff in traffic, rarely are the carts sanitized, rarely are there any clean carts at all, has a bigger selection you just have to decide it the crowd is worth it.

Not sure what is happening to several Kroger's in KY but they are going downhill. I shop here often because it is the closest and most convenient, however the store is always out of product. Its not just one or two items missing from my grocery list but multiple. This is aggravating. Is this a Area/District Manager problem because this is not the only location that I've noticed this in Louisville. Goss Ave, Poplar Level Rd, and Bardstown Rd in the Highlands to be exact.

Mister Mines for Kroger
Employees don't wear masks correctly, they don't enforce mask rules / laws for customers either. Several employees with noses hanging out. Even saw an employee stocking with his mask off hanging from his ear. Several shoppers with no mask at all. Pickup has been over a day behind. Have tried to be patient as staffing in these times is hard. But it's obvious that management just doesn't care. We will shop elsewhere. Much of our neighbors feel the same way.
