When you pull in, stay hard right and park along the curb as close to gate as possible. They can only fit about 4 or 5 trucks in driveway. Ignore the sign at entry. Don't bother calling the phone number. No one answers ever. They will send someone out "around midnight" to assign a door - in my case it was 00:17. I was first truck in line (arrived about 18:30). That made for easy docking. I paid my lumper fee right away when I checked in, then went to bed. Not really sure how long exactly it took to unload, because I woke up at 0540 and I had a green light. I think it was probably close to that time though. The check in girl was really friendly. Overall it was an OK experience, since I was expecting a wait and needed to get my break anyway... the communication is not too good though. If you don't read these Google reviews, you'd be clueless as to the process.

They will let you in around midnight and you get a door right away. Once in the door you take paperwork in to the office. Then the lady will tell you what the lumper fee is right then. Then just sit and or lay down because your going to be there a long while. The lumpers need to learn to speed up the unloading time for sure.

They definitely could be better. You have to park on the street inn the line. I got there at 1030 and it was already full. They didn't let us in the gate until almost 1am and receiving starts a 1200. Once in you get a door right away but they kept me in the door all night. I didn't leave until 1000 the next morning.

1st time here around Thanksgiving was a pure nightmare. Total of 8.75 hrs to unload on a on-time delivery. I am back today and running rather smooth, (for a food warehouse, reefer drivers know what that means). Anyway, .5 to a door and unloading already. Trying to be optimistic.

Had a so called job fair no one on ones at all just a bunch of people in a room lol have you walk round for 2 hours and at the very end they stated if you resume fits they would give you a call back in about a month no big deal until I got home an hour later and got an email saying they won't move along with the process I'm confused about it because I have over 5 years experience in Warehouse work and I couldn't even get a one on one with someone to prove my worth a complete joke why send me a invite in the first place and after a miss day at work about $150 new outfit $100 and a 25 dollar haircut I'm down $225 for absolutely no reason complete waste of time and money....don't waste your time

Don’t bother getting there early if you have a midnight appointment, you will just sit out on the street counting cars go by. They don’t open the gate until midnight. Time yourself to arrive at 12:00.they clear the street pretty fast once they open the gate. You can flow right in.you want be considered late. Of course after that, who knows what time you will get out of there.but just chill out and get the s💩t off your truck.

They have a terrible set up here. Theres no parking and they dont open the gate til midnight. So theres a 2 mile long line in the street usually every time. Once you do get up to the gate it's a mad house. Trucks all over the place making it almost impossible to dock. Average wait time once you back into a door is about 6 hours but I heard of drivers waiting 10 hours. I've personally waited 8 hours before. McLane's famous line... "Come back in an hour" . Good luck.

The worst will have you there 5+ hours even with an appointment sometimes a little professionalism will go a long way it’s like no one cares about the drivers who have other pickups and drops to do please my fellow truckers if you can avoid going her do so

Phone is all automated. Come in an hour to half hour before apt. Push button on call box. Come in. Walk papers to shipping/receiving. Get a door and go to sleep. Took 3 hours for me. Not bad. Automatic $70 lumper fee, as well. Despite the reviews, every place has its days.
