Had a slapping noise coming from passenger side of motor. Spoke with service department, he told me it was most likely the hose just aft of EGR valve. It didn’t have any noticeable defects, changed it anyway, (myself). And it’s fixed. Great over the phone service. Thank you.

Hey everyone, this is the owner of Sunburn Express out of Pice Utah .We was heading to Riverton Wyoming thirty miles out our truck starts to have a charging problem . Not knowing who to call , we thought well this is going to be expensive !!! So we called Peterbuilt in Riverton . We talked to the service manager, C.W. on the phone and I ask do you have time to change an alternator? He replied we're swamped , but bring it in and we will look at it .I thought well this will take awhile ?? So our driver Kathy rolls in there , it wasnt five minutes they are on it !! They checked the alternator, the alternator was good. Then went after the batteries and cables ?? Sure enough they spotted the problem, bad cable loose connection and bad battery . C.W. call and told me what the problem was , and said we will have on the road in a little while . Sure enough Kathy wasn't there and hour and she was on the road !!! Kathy said not only great service but great People to work with !!! P.S . And a great price !!! Thank you so much!!
