18 Wheeler Trucking Inc for Pilot Travel Center
One of the worst customer service @ this location . Manager on duty 3/7/21 4-5 pm Rebeca so un professional no knowledge about they're own fuel system and she was very RUDE !!! . Long story Short Fuel desk made mistake and they blame customer for that mistake .Finally they admit that was they're mistake and they don't know how to fix that !!! They are telling our driver to stay almost 24 h so some one can fix problem, because manager doesn't understand how they're own system works !!! .. I really don't want to put more details about whole situation . Management on duty should know basics about they're fuel/merchant system. Our whole fleet will stay away from that location .

Stopped for gas and a bathroom break. Unforeseen circumstances had me using a walker to ambulate. Tripped over a rug at the entry that kept curling under my wheels. Navigated a maze-like path to the back corner where restrooms were located . Might have been “restock the shelves” day as I encountered boxes sitting on the floor in a few aisles that I couldn’t pass. Accessible restroom was occupied and I waited patiently, but she never came out. I could not fit the walker into the narrower stall, so I backed in and sat with the door open. When you gotta go, you gotta go! Asked an employee if hot chocolate was available and she told me to try three different areas to look for it. Nope. I wasn’t in any condition to browse all around the store so I just left. Cleanliness and convenience on 3-1-2021 earns a 2.5 from someone with a mobility challenge. I’m sure the average customer would rate this Pilot a 3 or 4. It just wasn’t as neat, tidy, and organized as the majority stations of this reputable name that we have visited while traveling.

Overall very clean, well stocked and welcoming feel. HOWEVER if you are looking for a great shower experience then DO NOT come here. I arrived checked in for prime parking the evening crew made me feel like I was bothering them. So rather discuss the matter I went back to my truck and slept. . The day staff is a little better on personality but not my much. Now for the real issue, the shower. Thy sink water pressure is so low it would not rinse the hair off of my razor. Then to the shower the pressure was even lower, without exaggeration the water took around 5 seconds to wet the wash cloth. I had to get it wet and squeeze it out on my body to rinse the soap away. Large parking lot easy to move about.

Pilot Center are always interesting. They have items in them that you may not find anywhere else. Mostly stuff that have to do with traveling. They are all about same where evet you go.
