This was my first time visiting this location, and honestly, it’s my first time ever writing a review of a gas station… But the people here were just so friendly. Every employee that I encountered was nice, welcoming, helpful, and pleasant. The store and pumps themselves were clean, and well-maintained. Price is comparable to any nearby gas station. I will continue to use this place when I’m in the area, however, just because I found the employees to be so friendly, which led to a great experience in this store.

I am writing this review for my husband who is a truck driver. This is the first time in his 20 year career that he asked me to write a review for a truck stop. Tiffany Osborne went above and beyond her duty and helped my husband find a parking spot. She asked another driver who.parked on a full spot, bobtail. People like her should work and train people in truck stops. Just exceptional customer service. I hope Corporate sees our review.. Thank you.

A Dee for Pilot Travel Center
Helpful and friendly staff. The food is good. Not a lot of parking. We arrived mid morning and there were a few available parking spots. The bathroom was very clean but only 2 stalls.

It’s ok. Inside is clean and showers. Decent food, but pricey. Gets packed pretty quick after 3pm. The only downside is that; lot is small and 60 percent of lot is reserved spots. 15 bucks per night. Can drop MTY trailer, but has to be in a reserved spot. Otherwise, you can get towed if not in a reserved spot.

Remarkably clean. Pumps seem like they are wiped down daily. Both the grounds and store are well cleaned. The girls at the counter were friendly and in good spirits. But as for the Showers.....they were exceptional! I understand Chris was responsible for them on the day I was there. It is rare when they really feel clean, and today was review-worthy. On Point, Chris! Thank You!
