Really clean bathrooms and a nice little welcome store. If you need to stop, I'd recommend stopping here. It is also well lit at night (we stopped at dusk, so it was getting dark).

Great place to stop and get your bearings about the surroundings. Clean restrooms. The staff is very helpful, they actually went out of their way to ask me if I needed any help. This place is very well decorated, it makes you feel that you are in Tennessee log cabin. They also have some very interesting Civil War displays that offer quite a bit of information. Plenty of shaded areas to walk around or grab a snack.

Omg has to be one of the best welcome centers I have been to.... super clean. Very inviting too. We stopped in the middle of the night. So there wasn't any person at the desk. But lots of Brochures and events.... realy cozy rocking chairs and did I mention super clean. Cute little vending station with hot coffe and even a microwave to heat food you get from the vending machines. Lots of picnic tables around so you can relax and enjoy a rest from a long drive

Restrooms are closed but only signs are on the welcome center doors. Welcome to TN where they don't care enough to have restrooms available.

This was a great stop that was a great welcome to Tennessee! The customer service provided by Sandy, who helped share suggestions for things to do, was top-notch - plus some. She was so kind and really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I appreciated her time and knowledge and kindness. Thanks for such an awesome experience!
