Walmart Supercenter

Buyer beware if picking up groceries at this time. My order for two months in a row has been between 2-4 hours after my pickup time. No receipt. No phone calls and no email or text with an approximate new pickup time. I realize places get busy however if you have a busy schedule and can't sit and wait for up to 3 hours after your scheduled pick up time may want to schedule delivery or go with a different store.

I have had nothing but amazing service at this Walmart . I mean aside from sometimes disinterested greeters, everyone is super nice. The store is pretty well stocked and I can always find help if needed . I really appreciate this store being the closest one to my home. This morning I had to return two pair of pants because I couldn't try them on in the store. The dressing rooms are closed due to the Covid pandemic. An attendant explained that I must buy the items that I want to try on, take them home (or elsewhere), try them on and return what I didn't want. I did the buy/try on at home twice on Friday. Buying is easy. I only live about a mile away. It's inconvenient, but I understand the issue of public health safety. I bought 4 pair of pants on Friday, decided to keep one. Then I came back to the store to experience the return process. While standing in line for almost 45 minutes, I watched one customer monopolize one customer service rep on the register, 2 customer service managers that were summoned from an adjacent office, and at least 5 other employees that happened into this area while doing other jobs. There must be a better way to handle a problem that is new to the workers on duty. Although the customer had a legitimate return (a shopping cart full of items), and the CS rep was doing her best to help, there were 4 other CS register stations and only one other rep. She was trying to multi-task by helping the rep with with the problem, answering incoming calls and attempting to help another customer returning an item. The customer service counter was understaffed with inexperienced personnel. In the time that I waited in line, only two customers were serviced on the other station, then me. The wait line was 12 customers long when I left. I am sympathetic toward the CS staff. But I am also sympathetic toward the customers in line behind me. Effectively, there was only one CS rep working to help customers. I bought 3 more pants that afternoon and took them home. I needed to return 2 of them, but returned them on Monday around 8am. Short line, experienced personnel...worked much better. My suggestion if you need make a return, do it early in the morning, probably before 8am.

I find mostly everything I need for the most part. The only problem I have is their produce section... it could house some work but other than that its convenient, close, and has good prices. Bathrooms could also be much cleaner.

Its convenient because its close. They do have good prices. But often times the quality of fresh vegetables is not as good as Kroger, or Trader Joe's. If they increased the selection of healthier foods and had quicker checkout aisles they could easily be back on top
