More often than not, shelves are half empty, most likely due to insufficient staff and now supply chain issues. Pricing is competitive as you would expect. Most employees are friendly and helpful. Bread aisle was nearly empty on a Sunday afternoon 6/12/22. Special Kitty cat litter was also unavailable on the same day.

I shop our local Walmart weekly; everything our family needs is available in our store in Saint Claire, PA. The store has good prices and is very clean inside and outside. Also you have choices when it's time to check out. I prefer to checkout myself so I know what the total price is when done. Thanks again!

I am from the Eastern Panhandle of WV and used to work as a cashier there 7 years ago. Things have changed there drastically and associates are treated horrible and customers are not appreciated either. My experience at your Walmart was great. I am handicapped now and used the riding cart yesterday. The associates were absolutely amazing. Most greeted me good morning. I needed help with a huge pack of bottled water and the associate (I believe her name was Nikki) took time out to get it and put it in my cart. When I checked out, they radioed for an associate to help me with loading my car. His name was Robert. Very nice and helpful. Thank you to all of the Walmart associates! No issues with shleves being empty or under-stocked. Good selection of everything sometimes can find items at this location whereas other locations don't have some things. Only complaint I have is that staff give you a feeling of not wanting to be asked for help, and if you ask anyways, I have felt that no real effort was put in to assisting me. Not all employees are like this but enough that I feel it should be mentioned. This happens particularly at the customer service desk (go figure).

Went to exchange our primo water bottles and asked for help from a male employee because the tickets wouldn't print. He was beyond ignorant with his response. Nice way to treat a pregnant lady!!!

Called ahead to confirm stock on an item before making a half hour drive to get the item. We get there to find out no one checked and they were out of stock. Where are the competent employees anymore? The lady that helped us look when we got there was wonderful.

7-30-2019 around 10:30pm.
I was checking out on self check out.
Wanted a snack and grabbed a bag of Jack links smoked beef jerky.
Proceeded to my car, got in and opened the bag of beef jerky only to get a face full of mold. (10:30pm. It was dark. )
All that was done?
Given a refund and apology.
My advice? Watch what you buy.
And Wal-Mart? Get better merchandisers...
