The driver was very rude to me once he found out that I was a woman. He then drove off with my car and I had to call the police. He lied and said that I had two flat tires and I actually had just one flat tire. Don’t ever use this towing company at all! I will be taking them to civil court. Tried to over charge me for towing. So disrespectful on so many levels!!!

1 star is too many for this business. Pushed my tow time 3 times and hung up on me when I called to inquire about the status. Had my insurance cancel service and request a new company. I also informed my insurance company they should not outsource to this company ever again.

My husband’s car had a flat tire. The company arrived 60 minutes after the ETA. While changing the tire, the representative broke one of the wheel studs while trying to change the tire and told my husband “not to worry” about it because he needed only 4 studs (not 5)! What?!?! The car is currently unsafe to drive as a result and we were supposed to go on vacation in two days. My husband called the company directly and they were rude and blew him off. They were contracted through Geico so we are putting in a claim. We are disgusted with this company. Incompetent and hiding their fault.

Upon calling my insurance for road side this was the company they chose. They changed their arrival times twice and over an hour and a half later still a no show. The actual driver called and said they re routed him. I called the company back and was greeting with smart remarks and foul language. I see that they already have poor reviews and I’m sure mines will not be the last. How do some people stay in business?

Very unprofessional the driver told me this lady was pregnant and needed to get to her car I understood that but when he rushed me to get Uber I felt some kind of way. My house was 10 minutes away from the breakdown spot. He proceeded to leave me in the cold I called to find out they policy the boss say he was training her like what she only got when they drop my car off cause they knew I was reporting them . Never use this company poor customer service called @5 am didn’t get a truck until 8 am talking about shift change
