Terrible service! They booked a load and lie to me for a while and then they said its covered. The one Lora that also hardly speaks english was the one who wasted my time!!! Dont use them!!!!

Avoid this broker. The communication and coordination of booking a load is almost laughable. For this one load I think we got passed around to 4 different people Mathew, Maria, Diego and A.romero. It took hours to get a rate con, shipper had no idea there was a truck coming and the load got setup with them while we were checking in at the office. Thank God the load actually existed. Then another wait multiple emails, texts and phone calls to verify the numbers so we could actually leave. Reading these other reviews makes me thankful this load wasn't cancelled on us.

We use ARL's services frequently and have had great customer service! Our representative communicates to our team right up to the final mile on our critical deliveries. That is valuable to us and our customers and it is not typical when using other carriers.

About three different times I have booked a load with this company and then I never receive a rate confirmation. When I call to ask about the confirmation they act like they have no idea what I’m talking about. The employees seem to be incompetent.

Update Charles helped us and we really appreciate him gong the extra step.

Very rude people,, call to get a load posted on DAT load boards and the lady just hang up the phone on me 2 times.

booked a load for what i though was a 53ft step deck. found out after hours of back and forth that we could actually use the step deck go through the process of setting up go to the shipper only to find out that it won't work due to the bulk head. not one person said a word about not having a bulk head. was told by shipper they do it all the time and we would get a truck order not used. the broker Jon Pampalon whom i never even spoke with denies the truck order not used said that we should have read the fine print on rate confirmation. He then proceeds to tell me I am a racist because I said the person I spoke to didn't speak good English. Always nice to hear when you don't want to take care of your failures.. I do not recommend this company.

No wonder they had one star, I booked a load yesterday, drove 3 hours empty while calling and being called 5 times in that timeframe to update my ETA. The moment I stepped in shipping office they told me someone else picked the load up hours ago.

ARL is trash they lie steal your money and Kathleen aint worth a nickel in chinese money just cant get the truth out of her if you paid her and you quite forget about the last check

Horrible.Charged for everything put administrative fees on everything they did.I needed a copy of some paperwork for tax reasons.Debbie who was the top person there at the time was extremely rude disrespectful was not going to give me the copies she straight up told me "thats your problem".She finally said they would give me the copies $20 a page.I understand its there time I didnt mind paying a fee for what I needed but $20 a page?This place is terrible unorganized no idea how they are still in business.

This is for the Harrisburg and Bethlehem operation. If you are comfortable working 3 days tops this job is for you. Debbie and the crew dispatching do not have a clue what they're doing. 3 days a week will not cut it for an owner OP. Not to mention the deductions they take from you, they'll keep your last check as well. No way I hell you'll make money here. You've been warned.

Well, I was fired. Yes, I was unhappy about it, but mostly because of the catty way it was handled and the ridiculous fabrication as to why my services were no longer needed (I never had a performance review!) Furthermore, the person who should’ve been present during my termination didn’t have the backbone to show her face. It’s laughable to think of how a person like that ever got into a position of power. She didn’t seem educated. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to a few ex employees who’ve experienced the same negative circumstance and disrespect as I did. The person who had a direct hand in my termination is as capricious as a cat XD The bottom line, I wasn’t liked and to be honest I don’t care. I wasn’t there to win a popularity contest, but instead to make work more bearable by being a bit sociable, which is frowned upon there. I did read the signs of the distaste in the mouth of my coworker (especially right after I helped her catch up on work she was way behind on). I just decided to continue to be nice and friendly. I did wonder if I was only meant to unofficially temp until my coworker was caught up. In the end, being fired from ARL was the best thing that happened to me. I found employment elsewhere quickly and it went from night to day. If you do not mind working for a manager who enjoys employing potential minions and doesn’t know or care to measure fact from fiction with employee dynamics, then go for ARL and good luck to you.

They will take your money. Had a horrible experience working for this company, I recommended someone to his company and regret it because they are also having a hard time with this company. I would not recommend working for this company to no one.
