The room was freezing cold! It was warmer outside than in the room. It was very outdated. The owner's need to invest and update everything. The beds are old the carpet was old the bathroom was dated in the 60's. I was worried that they might of had bed bugs I didn't even want to lay on the beds. It took til morning for it to warm up and we checked in at 11pm and out at 6am.

This hotel is rough. The room reeked of cigarettes even though it's a non-smoking room. The pillows are lumpy and obviously past their prime. Furniture is damaged and worn, the tub faucet leaks from where it connected to the wall and constantly runs, the toilet rocks when you sit on it, filthy power strip with the TV plugged into it, and there is a mysterious substance smeared on the wall. The pool has a ripped and partially submerged cover that looks like it hasn't been replaced in ages. But it's cheap, so I guess that's to be expected. Has a mini fridge and microwave, clean sheets, and comfortable beds. No coffee in the room, but appeared to be some in the lobby. Really wish there were more plugs in the room.

Very nice place too stay for cheap. I have been here three weeks so far for work. The hotel management is very friendly, room cleaned every week day. Very spacious room with decent bathroom. Wifi speeds at 25 mbs with cable and 45" flat screen TV. My extended stay rate is $225 flat for the week. Mack is the coolest! 😎

Bills Place for Budget Host Midway Inn
Prices are reasonable for a week's stay. Clean and modern furniture. Bed was comfortable. Will stay here again if I ever am thru here again.
