I don’t know why someone would say that you will never be the lead on a show if you weren’t a team. I have been here 3 and a half years and have been lead on one musical that was 9 months long and lead for Kelly Clarkson that was almost 5 months. Clark is a great place. It has its issues just like any company but even on its worst day here it’s still the best company I’ve ever worked for. They listen and try to work with you and the owners of the company are always accessible via email or phone calls. One owner who is on my Facebook page saw me post once about a town law saying I could not idle and he called the town police and asked why. They said if it was above a certain temperature they would not enforce it. He called me and said idle it. They are constantly trying to do better and keeping the owner operators in mind while also trying to run a multi million dollar business. Add the pandemic into the mix and they have stayed open and worked to make sure the owner operators that do want to work have freight to haul until things return to normal.

Sure Clark is a lot of fun to work with with some pretty good office staff but unless ur a team u will never be a show lead & there’s not a lot of money to b made doing spot moves.

This is a great company to work for. Only wish my husband's truck hadn't died. Very good to their employees. Unique trucking company. Hope we can try it again soon. Wages were good. Company helped with loans to repair your trucks. Never been treated like this before in the trucking industry. Husband has been in business for 35 years. Most employees are 20 years plus work history with this company. Can't say enough good things about this company.

Everyone I worked with, from Norma Duell, down to dispatch/planners, were very helpful, and able to either assist me or get me in contact with someone to help me. Hauling Broadway shows is definitely a different kind of trucking in itself. Tough work at times, but some locations had their own rewards. I am no longer an O/O, but, I still have all the respect for the whole crew behind the scenes at Clark Transfer, Harrisburg,Pa. Rich Charles 🖑🖒🖑
