The room was ok. But when we got in late at night we got room 122. The wall by the door had a hole, the walls by the top of the ac near the window has some odd stains near the roof line that looked like mold. The curtains had small holes and the tub looked a bit stained. I understand it's not a high rated hotel, but some bare minimum should be taken in to account. They want a 100.00 deposit. But the room to start was not perfect start with. Hope the management (Brighton Management ) if I got it correct, make some repairs and make it good.

Only reason I give 1star is because the balcony bar was loose n my son n daughter literally almost fell to their death within 4 mins of being in our room. They should have been on this. Also no breakfast what so ever n no explanation on why. Staff was friendly n rooms were clean. Pool was nice also but this was a first n last for our family.

I slept well here. I felt safe. The parking spaces were tight. The hot tub timer/bubbles didn't work. The dead roach attracting ants in the pool room seems like it was a sign things might not be getting cleaned properly. There was no breakfast, even though the app I used said it was provided.

Stayed June 16-17, 2022 moving my parents to Arkansas. It served its purpose. A place to lay my noggin. It was a rather tired hotel, but I enjoyed Marcos, who checked us in. He did a fantastic job multitasking with multiple in lobby. I liked the vintage mid-century HoJo posters. I didn't partake of breakfast since I left on the road real early to beat some traffic. Did get to meet the night auditor and said the stay was adequate.

The room was clean and had great lighting. Bed was comfortable. Don't forget to bring your pillows. You only get 3 per bed. Even if there's 2 of you. It's a 3☆ hotel but no breakfast and I had to go ask for soap.

!st of all, the staff were very friendly. It was balloon week, and very busy. Late that night I used the restroom and the toilet overflowed, flooding the bathroom and nearby carpet. Because of the lateness all that could be done was to have the desk clerk bring a stack of towels to soak up the mess. No other rooms were available, so were were stuck. Next morning I shower and the tub fills with 1-2 inches of water in a matter of minutes. I live in a home with a septic tank and am fully aware of water and t.p. conservation. The next day at check out the clerk said it was my fault for the toilet and basically too bad. I wasn't asking for a free ride here,, but there should have been a compromise for a $200 room. They refuse to make any adjustments. This place is old and tired, go somewhere else!

For the price, this hotel checks all the boxes. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and surprisingly quiet given it's full booking and proximity to the highway. 5 stars all the way!

Pros: The room was clean and up-to-date. It's a decent deal for the cost. There was a wide variety of food for breakfast. Our room had a fairly large private balcony. The wifi was solid. Cons: Check-in staff wasn't friendly. Not rude, but not friendly (and slow). There isn't enough seating at the breakfast area. The location is a little awkward to get to, but not too bad. Overall I would recommend this hotel if the price is similar to comparable hotels on your date of travel.

Very good deal for the price. Decent location, enjoyed having the balcony. Continental breakfast was good, not the best but good. Only issue was poor parking space. Would definitely stay again.

For the price, this was a good place to stay. It had all the needs met and working. Yes, it is very outdated, but I didn't get frustrated once, didn't see one bug of any type, slept well, was kept cool in the room and had hot water in the morning. Enjoyed a bit of basic TV. The room was stocked with hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, soaps, refrigerator and microwave that both worked. Good buy.
