I’m not sure why people leave ridiculous reviews here. 🤦‍♀️ Clean rooms, quiet, comfy beds, INCREDIBLY NICE STAFF, free breakfast. It’s not a gourmet spread, but they have a waffle maker and that’s all that matters. 😁 If you want a five-star hotel, go to one and pay that price. This was a pleasant experience, and I’d stay here again.

Our car broke down in Gothenburg and were stranded for 2 days until our car could be repaired. The ladies at the front desk were so accommodating and helpful! Samantha, Rose and Gloria, you gals rock!! The dealership ended up being almost 2 hours away and they even made sure we had a ride to our car! They made 2 hectic days a lot easier for us. Would definitely stop again. Beds were comfy and rooms were all clean.

First overnight stop from Amelia Ohio to San Francisco California did 1002 miles down in a few more to go but great place to stay overnight great price and of course number eight charging stop on the way home to San Francisco just 200 paces down from the Howard Johnson thank you🙏🏾👌🏾🚘👩🏾‍🦱 $

Rooms were clean minus the bathroom door handle, had some weird sticky food type stuff stuck to it but easy enough to wipe off. Beds were comfortable. I did not understand the decor theme of the rooms. They were a little mix matched. Our carpet did have a scuff mark when we arrived but it wasn't a huge deal to us but I did take note of that. One of my only complaints about this hotel was that somebody was definitely smoking cigarettes in their room and as an ex smoker, that was no good. The room doors literally have no smoking signs on them and there are various places for smoking outside of the hotel. Service was very friendly. They serve a great breakfast spread as well. There is a restaurant within walking distance of the hotel that has delicious food at great prices so you don't have to go out of your way for food. The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside but I would definitely stay there again. One of the most restful hotels I've stayed in during my big move across the country.

This place was great! The blonde woman at the desk (Her name is Tiffany if I remember correctly) was very helpful and accommodating. Her customer service was on point, and that’s exactly what I needed after an 8 hour drive! She even gave me tips for what to eat and what to see. Thanks Tiffany and keep up the great work!

The room was notably clean, the staff are all very friendly and polite. We've stayed in many hotels/motels over the years and they stood out for the positive experience. If you're in Gothenburg, skip everyone else, HJ has your back.

The staff was great and very accommodating. With two little ones and lots of stuff to haul they got us to first floor from second floor as soon as they could the next day. We ended up staying a couple extra days and everybody was just great. Was also nice to have a washer and dryer so we can wash and dry everything before we left to come home. Thanks to Shana, Joy, and the whole crew!!! 😊

Basic, clean hotel accommodations at a very good price. The included breakfast is sparse but for the price you can't expect more. If you're going to Wild Horse to golf (and not staying there) and just need a place to crash between rounds this is a good option.

Clean and quite hotel. TV, fridge, coffee maker, free wifi, free parking etc all amenities available. Friendly staff. All amenities nearby. If we pass this area and we need to stay, we will stay here again.
