We stayed here with our 3 year old and it was just meh. The hotel is on the older side and in need of renovations. The rooms are outdated, carpet had a slight stench, rust in several areas, and the bathroom was small (even for one person). Not to mention, the hotel towels were very hard...OUCH! After the beach we planned to go to the indoor pool and it was unpleasant, to be polite. The water was foggy, the floor tile was coming up, there was rust all around, and no ventilation. Lastly, the parking garage has limited parking and does not have an elevator. On the flipside, the location is amazing! It's on the beach, two restaurants downstairs, bike rental outside, and not a bad walk to the games/arcade. While this hotel did the job the year, we will not stay again.

Location is great... Everything nearby beach/boardwalk only a few steps away. Rooms were good/clean. Would stay here again for sure.

If you want to stay on the boardwalk this is one of the best values for the price. Cute but small rooms with balconies. We liked the parking garage. It’s a bit cramped and elevators were busy at times but overall we had a good experience and the location is excellent.

Nice place with prime boardwalk location. Rooms were a little plain and the beds weren't comfortable at all. It was hard to get a good night sleep but the location made up for it. If they maintained the rooms a little better and upgrade the beds I would give them 5 stars.

I had such a great time staying here! The two ladies at the front desk we’re super kind and helpful! The hotel was clean, the pool was clean, and the brother’s bistro restaurant attached to the hotel has EXCELLENT food (and service too!). Perfect place to stay. It’s right on the beach and has fun attractions surrounding it! Also, get a cup of coffee from the lobby. It is SO. GOOD.

Side view King Room was clean. Older hotel but upgraded well. Has own restaurant/bar, pool, hot tub. Nice upgraded Andersen windows and sliding glass doors. King bed was comfortable. Fold out couch was comfortable to sit on. Bathroom a bit small but nicely upgraded with a bright backlit mirror and makeup mirror. No tub but a walk in shower big enough for two. Ladies at main desk and bartending were extremely nice. Would definitely recommend.

I would be a bit more hostile if they didn’t fix the problem as well as they did. The night we got in, we found a bit of a serious problem with our room. We called management and they immediately moved us from a side room to an ocean front. The next morning we had a bit of an issue trying to speak with the manager but finally got a hold of her. She was respectful and a bit skeptical which makes sense because I know there are scammers out there. Though once she saw evidence of what we came upon she instantly did as much as she could. I wish she would have given us more off and that there were more options for our situation, though I was appreciative that they made us the priority in that moment. She was very sweet with us and I imagine it was past her authority who was controlling the amount we’d be able to receive. But a nice place overall.

Great location right on the beach. Friendly staff. Room was a little on the small side but acceptable. The boardwalk is one step out the front door. About 1.3 miles from Jolly Rodger amusement park.

I'm not so much a beach type person, but this has been a great stay! Being RIGHT on the Boardwalk @ 12th Street makes for an excellent location. They said partial ocean view, but it was like 3/4, and was outstanding. Nice sized balcony, comfortable bed and pillows, clean & efficient room, sweet a/c, superb shower. No doubt there's better, pricier rooms in the area, but this was excellent for our family of three.

First time at Ocean City and it was phenomenal. The hotel was amazing. Very clean and very comfy. The staff was very friendly and welcoming especially Shanon/Sharon and Hilda! Definitely will be staying here again.
