Kenworth Sales Missoula

First time buying a semi, and learned not to trust sales people. Example of his, when you ask for a sut level test and a compression test done and they give you reason as how much has to be done to do it......still have them do it even if it cost you to do it. Two breakdowns before I even got my first load. DPF filter had to be replaced due to derating on me, along with the air dryer and the coolant exhaust manifold, which could of been caugh by the two test other then the air dryer. They did give me the ECM pulling report and the warranty work history on it as well, so I will give them that. The price was a very well priced truck and they were asking for under market value at the time and I know why.

First time my truck has been in and out in the same day Brian got it figured out fast and got it fixed and price was good first time I got away without spending 10 k plus heck I got away under 600 thank you guys for getting what 3 other shops could not figure out done right I will be back in the future when I need things fixed

The service manager here is a joke. I booked a diagnosis appointment through Kenworth Premier Care and confirmed with a service writer. Diagnostic only. The day of the appointment, I called both Premier Care and a service writer to update my location and confirm my appointment. Once I arrived, the fool I assume is the manager, claimed to "know nothing" about the appointment despite me giving him my ticket number. Then the excuse changed to the "technician didn't show up today". Yet when I called, that was not mentioned. It's sad when you can't stand behind the brand of truck you drive. This place will never get my business.

This place is awsome. Fixed a inner wheel seal on my trailer in the evening in no time flat. Where TA and LOVES turned me away very competitive prices as well. We will definitely be doing more business with this shop.

Outstanding customer service. I've never been to a dealer where they care this much about their customers. During the 5 days I had to wait there (not a fault of their own), Samantha in the parts department picked up and in many cases drove my girlfriend and I to and from the hotel and dealership. Friendly staff, awesome service department, and most of all they keep in contact the entire time. I've never experienced this level of customer service. I truly do recommend Kenworth of Missoula!

Excellent service department, did a great job fixing our truck and replacing the windshield, definitely will recommend this shop!!

Took longer than I was hoping but job was done right and that is the most important thing, secondly service counter dual was very friendly professional and I believe takes very good care of their customers. Hopefully they stay a while. I would definitely recommend to friends

Hands down the best service from the parts department. I have a shop in Corvallis almost 50 miles away. and I always get my parts on time!! Even with the whole covid thing slowing shipping down .

I go in the have my truck fixed they fail to order a part that cost 2 days extra. I get my truck back and I noticed a primary air issue. Upon inspection I find a slice in my air bag. I called service to find out the service manager is on vacation and I am told that he probably will not be able to do anything until the service manager gets back. I also emailed the district service manager and he didn't bother to respond at all. I then called the service manager over a week later after not hearing back from anyone and was told he wan't at his desk to please leave a voicemail so I did. He didn't return my call either. After 15 years of doing business I really am fed up. If this is how you choose to treat your customers over a 171.00 dollar air bag also which is less expensive over at T and T. Your not the only place in town to have a truck fixed or get parts from. The total lack of customer service combined with the rest of the experience has really left a bad taste. 7/9/20 I wanted to add that since my review that Kenworth has taken care of the problem. Thank you Troy and Ric and I have changed my rating to reflect that. Thanks again
