I had negative experience at this facility. unpredictively slow unloading, they don t follow appointment time. security not willing to provide information or answer your questions. i came one hour before appointment...they set me aside to wait for the the door. no call no any kind of contact. two hours past appointment time when i tried to find out why it is delay in unloading they just cut me off in a rude manner ( go sit in your truck) I felt treated like a dog. Company should have workers at security - receiving who can comunicate well with people...not treating drivers like dogs. They are face of the company. Bad experience.

10/11 apt time 13:00 Arrive 9:00 Immediately assigned to the door (Slide tandem, open doors when told to do so, when it’s going to be ready they will knock on the door) Loaded 10:00 Park in front and wait when refeer going to be from -5 to -10 and you good to go Check out 11:00

Great nice people parking if early. They unloaded me 17 hrs early on a Thursday nite. My apt was Fri at 530 pm was unloaded in about 2hr.

I arrived 1 hour late yet they gave me a door right then and unloaded me within 1 hour. It’s the best lineage location I ever been. Great people from the guard shock to the receiving personal.

Update:They let me go at 23:50 that day. They don't have any respect for drivers. Please! Please! When you find a load at ( -10 ° F heading to Charlotte, NC) Ask the broker if it is Lineage. If it is ( Please DO NOT TAKE) JB Hunt just had one around my current location. Thanks God, I found out that it was LINEAGE!!!. I thought. No way!!!! Please don't take load for then you will regret a lot. It has been a very disappointing the experience with this location. I had an appointment at 14:00 on 07/01/21. I arrived at the place at 12:35 pm According to the broker from England Logistics When I checked in I was told that I had the appointment at 15:30. I said ok. Be careful if you get there late they charge you $$. It is now 19:30 and they still haven't given a door. I went to check with receiver at the front gate. They said " They have only one receiver" why are they setting up appointments without enough personnel. I just lost a load for waiting here to get unloaded. Please think about before coming here. The people who work in freezer walk slow when they approach to the trucks that they are going to load or unload. It has been a very bad experience thus far. I hope no to come back again.

People where friendly ,polite ,good people fast loading.only 2 negative complaints they want to charge $153 late fee after 30 minutes late..you arrive on time but location is old not modern.its a mess to get in to check in and they take forever ,!!!!, Over 25 minutes then want to charge late fee!! that's crazy! Drivers need to get together and not deliver or pick up at places that want to take all your money but refuse to pay detention when you wait over 4 hrs. Last negative comment, loaders don't know how to correctly load your truck.they leave a big wide aisle in the middle.the correct way is first 2 pallets to left wall the next 2 to right wall etc nice and tight!! Somebody needs to train these loaders!!! Please.

Nice people, they have a great breakroom if you can schmooze your way in. You can take a 10 hour break there. No accessible bathrooms unless you can schmooze your way in though..

They let me park over night. I think all shippers and receivers should have over night parking. If they keep you part your safe parking margins. That little place in the back yes Sir plez bull doze that flat for your business associates to park in DOT emergencies. Like run out if drive time. Which happens more often now with the new hours of service....

This is not a place to pick up a load don’t come earlier the 15 minutes for your appointment time. Super slow on the dock workers. But staff was very nice at the guard shack. But not a place to come!

Very fast unloading process. Got door soon as I arrived. Thought I was gonna get some rest in SB. 10 minutes later I was out of the gate. Super fast. They do allow parking on property. Don't know if it's overnight.
