Driver of Truck no. 421016 is continuously fluctating speed and disturbing the whole traffic on i-81 north...when other truck try to pass her she speeds up....impaired driving

My husband worked for two weeks and they left him without pay. Talking about he has things to pay straight, being a lease operator. Sorry that's a big NO, I don't know if anyone has experience the same 😡 happy with the decision he made.🤍💙❤️🤎

Watch out with detention! Got at shipper 4:04pm they put on bills 4:27. Appt was by rate con at 4. But in reality there was no appoitment. Just lined up drivers in a room. Set there 5 hours and NAPA wont pay detention cause I came there 4 min after...blaming their customer who is not willing to pay. So be cautios, dont go a smallest extra mile for them. By the way I drove whole night because of that but who cares. So you should not care as well... P.s. it happened with Napas devision Northeast Logistics

Dude tried to tell me my driver was late when my trucks all have GPS tracking LOL. Then tried to tell me he was 1 minute late…. being 1 minute after his appt time was “late.” And he’d have to wait. Driver asks shipper, they say they have a 1 hour grace period. Broker says shipper is wrong and that he knows the shippers rules better than the shipper. Lol clown brokerage. They pocket the detention pay and tell the carriers it wasn’t approved. Typical scam artist broker, add another to the LONG list.

Been here since december, 2021 as a local driver. Good pay, not a ton of miles, but that's the trade for being home every night and off weekends. If I want to work weekends, it's always an option here. I had an issue with my truck breaking down repeatedly, but they put me in a new truck and everything had been good since then.

I can’t think of one negative thing to state about NAPA. Started my first week pretty rough but it wasn’t their fault. Truck broke down on my first run. They did everything in their power to get me back on the road. My driver manager was by my side throughout the whole process. Had to get a hotel room, and a car rental back to the terminal. I did not feel abandoned or left out at all. They will stick by you next you no matter what. My first week could’ve been a lot worse but they did everything in their power to try and accommodate me.

I'd give this company 0 stars if possible. One of their truck parks along RT 40 in North East MD by Charleston Crossing Apartments.. The driver does not use and marker lights, triangles or flares. Many have almost run into the back of this truck. I contacted the owners of the company but they will not respond. I have found out who insures them and I'm sending pictures to their Brokers. One night, someone is going to get killed because whomever drives cant drive 1/4 mile up the road and park. The police have been out several times. Since I posted this review the problem has been corrected. I will now give this company 4 stars🙂🙂🙂🙂
