Hotel is old and rundown and not cleaned well. With that said front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I loved having the big balcony sliding door open and the room was quiet. If the place was cheap enough I'd stay again.

I was hesitant to stay here but I read that they’d just renovated after new management.
The hotel is nice and inviting looking, the staff were all friendly and it was extremely convenient to downtown and the Airport.
All around great stay for the money!

It is a well priced hotel in the process of up dating the rooms staff is very friendly also have a shuttle van to pick you up and drop you off at the airport also provides a safe place to park your vehicle

Bedbugs!!!!! I got bit on my shoulder and back while sleeping. Wokeup in pain and welts. Mold and weed smell in the room. Mold on shower head
This is a run down hotel. I Got out with the quickness. Slept in my car in the parking lot. Saw police comb through the lot about twice an hour. Do not stay here. Your money can be spent better elsewhere.

One star cause I had to put one. No lights were working in the room bedsheets were stained towels too (so much that I had to wipe myself with an old t-shirt). Room smelled like weed en though non-smoking. Did not even slept there. Got out of there ASAP...

Non smoking room was definitely smoked in. Terrible smell and not very clean room. In a pinch, it can work. There is a nice string of places a mile south. Same rate but much better and cleaner rooms.

Company booked us this hotel for a seminar we were attending. I didn’t get a chance to review the other reviews. Do Not Stay Here. This was the most disgusting hotel. Everything was dirty. The towels were stiff and stained, sheets were dirty, pillow cases had stains and hair on them, the floor was disgusting. The hotel may be Quality Inn but there was absolutely no quality at all. Asked the company to blacklist this hotel.
Edit: forgot one other major thing. The room smell was absolutely awful, was stale cigarette smoke with piss poor air freshener mixed in.

The staff were very polite. However the hotel is filthy. The restaurant is filthy. The non smoking rooms reek of cigarette smoke and powerful aerosol to hide the smell. Stains on sheets. Bathroom floor sticky and dirty. The restaurant reeked of cigarette smoke. We were going to get another room the day we arrived, but the hotel offered a free shuttle to the airport, so we decided to deal with stench and filth. And then the shuttle was out of service during normal hours when we went to use it. This soured me on Quality Inn and I will never stay in one again.
