The staff is very kind , rooms are immaculate, alot of amenities and just over all a great Hotel , I would definitely stay there anytime I need a Hotel !

The room had a bed as advertised. The room clearly wasn’t vacuumed as there was popcorn on the carpets. Someone left a case of whiteclaws as well, unless those were complimentary? Everything that was “remodeled” looks pretty shabby, missing tiles, drywall screws holding mirrors up etc.
The worker was very friendly. Overall it works for a place to sleep, but I’ve stayed in way better especially for the cost.

Poor service. Practically empty hotel but not able to check in early after a long drive, other hotels in the area show this when able. Poor upkeep in the room stains on sheets. No AC on prior to us entering to cool the room in July heat nearing 100 deg.

My Company books an average of 4 rooms per week in a 52 week period. This was one of the best stays I have ever had! My wife and I used our Choice points for a winter getaway. The Hotel was rated "fair". The service was 5 STAR! We stayed in the King Bedroom Suite and it was exquisite! It was very quiet. The staff went out of their way to be of service! This Hotel Should be rate "EXCEPTIONAL! One of the Best stays we ever had!

The room was nice. The ice machine is in the basement and wasn't working. They had trash cans in the hallway catching the water dripping into the basement. The in room coffee was all decaf when I asked to get regular, the staff said to wait until breakfast. By the way, the sign states breakfast starts at 7. Nope...try 7:30, and it was still being set up.

Should be zero stars. DO NOT GO HERE. The smoke detector in our room was hanging by the wires, none of the alleged amenities worked.. you couldn’t even get ice. When I walked to the ice machine there was a dead rat next to it. We immediately decided to leave and asked for a refund. The people at the front desk were so nice and attempted to refund our money, however, the computers are clearly double charging people. This is not a legitimate business and no one should ever stay here.
