Love the selection of merchandise customer service is awesome... just great all the way around..except went to get a bike well they didn't have but too... so still waiting.

I went to pick item up, but it was not available. I should have stayed home. Why was I notified to pick it up if it wasn't there? AP options to cancel didn't let me say why I had to cancel, when I still want the item and it keeps telling me to pick it up. Pickup Service person was polite and tried to be helpful.

Just horrible! I tried calling because I’m looking for a Snow shovel and no one picked up the phone. It is Friday 3:00pm. I finally got someone in their Deli department. She was able to tell me that they were out of Snow Shovels. She was excellent! And told me that it’s not their fault. Corporate has not fixed their phones... Yeah, I don’t get it

This walmart was very busy this visit. Many items were out of stock in the shelves. I waited 10min for someone to open a display case to get beard oil, but the associate was very nice. Then, I had to wait in a long check out line where the beard oil was waiting for me. The parking lot was cleaner this time. I didn't leave angry and I was able to get everything I went for.
