Never thought I would say this about MHC Kenworth but you guys really dropped the ball when I picked up the truck from you. I’ve been having nothing but problems with the truck I bought from you. First, the APU doesn’t work. I had to change the roof lights because they were cracked. I had to change the windshield washer fluid bump because it stopped working from the day I picked up the truck when I already left the building. I had to get 2 new steer tires because they weren’t put on correctly & to make the matter worst, I found out that 3 of the lug nuts was lose when I took off the nut caps so I had to get that tightened. You guys never cleaned out the DPF filters which I had to take care of my own because you guys didn’t wanna spend the money. There was a check engine light coming up which you guys ignored when I left the lot & the list goes on. I will not be buying another truck from MHC again. What a waste of money & time.

We were on an expedited load that didn’t have a lot of spare time. We discovered a coolant leak going to the heater core in the bunk. We called and explained the situation to Norman. He was able to get us in, fixed, and out the door in less than three hours. Amazing customer service! We would highly recommend this shop!

T680 had an derate issue. 19 trucks was in front of me. Norman the service Mgr took care of me asap due to quick fix to get me back on the road. Busy service department but will try to take care of you. Give them time and have patience.

Took 3 days to replace an air line, coolant line and driveshaft yoke. Nice location and friendly staff! But here is an update the truck is still leaking coolant and its worse than before. I must have bad luck because everyone else says yall fixed their lines great🥲 2018 T680

Very Dishonest Service Writer!!!
We came here because the truck is low on power.
We checked in at 22:45 and the truck was took over from me by the technician around 8:45 in the morning, two hours later the truck was pulled out from the shop and parked where it was took over from me, at 11:05 we walked into service writer counter office, and we're told to wait 10 more minutes to finalize the bill. After I paid the bill I realized they charged me 3 hours labor which is $156.75 ph = $470.25 total. IM NOT COMPLAINING THE HOURLY RATE, BUT THE WORKED TIME THEY CHARGED WAS VERY DISHONEST.
GPS/TRACKING DEVICES don't lie!
INTEGRITY MATTERS!!!

Horrible Customer Service.
Just because there is a virus is no excuse to leave your customers in your parking lot, like common vagrants. Fortunately, 2 of us were waiting for our trucks, because misery loves company. There is a hard metal picnic table in the shade of the building. When I was there a cold breeze was there. So the other driver and I sat on the curb.
You couldn't even bother to get lawn chairs so we could sit like normal people.
To add insult to injury, no one had the courtesy to tell me the work on my truck was complete.
So, I probably got an extra hour of the accomodations.
