Quality Inn & Suites North

We recently stayed at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised, the room was new and clean with a big screen tv. we read some of the past reviews and they don't justify what we stayed in. We stayed in a jacuzzi Room and had a great time and will be back soon.

I would have loved to know the hotel was under construction BEFORE we booked three nights and were woken up by hammering 5 doors down at 9 AM on a Saturday. We did get a remodeled room on the second floor but upon pulling into the parking lot, we realized it was a mess. There were old parts from rooms all in the outside walkways, and it looked super messy and sketchy. Staff was decent enough, but didn't have many interactions. Hot breakfast? More like pop tarts and rice krispy treats. No coffee. The room only had one washcloth even though I booked the room for two people? Second night, there were kids running up and down the walkways outside of the rooms, banging on windows. Front desk said they'd talk to the parents but they obviously did not because it continued until midnight. My brother stayed in a double queen room two doors down and there were empty bottles and trash under one of the beds. Pros? There was a TV with cable and the bed was comfortable, but the sheets were definitely stained. We booked this spot through a discount through my work, but we will not be returning. Really disappointed, as we were in town for a wedding and with the concert over the weekend, we thought we were getting a good deal. I highly recommend you book somewhere else...at least until the remodel is finished. Even then, the building itself needs some work, not just the rooms.

I recently stayed in a newly remodeled room, and it was very nice. Hotel has come a long way and is looking good from the inside. Keep up the good work !! See you next time. I'm in the area.

After reading some reviews, I was apprehensive about out stay. I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, the pressure in the shower was great and the water was very hot. On top of that the staff was very friendly and helpful!

On April 21st I checked into a Quality Inn and Suites in Gibsonia Pennsylvania that was booked by the company I worked for. The attendant requested a card to be put on file for incidentals, and assured me the card would NOT be charged anything. My balance at the time was only $3. The whole reason I was in town was to make money working. The next day I noticed three separate charges processing in my account from the hotel. Two of the charges where $2, each incurring a $35 overdraft fee. And the third was a $60 charge which also incurred a $35 overdraft fee. All of which where processing at the time. I brought it to the front desks attention and he said he didn't see anything and would tell his manager to contact me. Sunday rolled around and when I checked out the front desk said his manager assured him any charged processing would automatically fall off at the following business day. We'll not only did that NOT happen. But they've now proceeded to charge me card $62 which incurred another $35 overdraft fee. Indian lady on phone said she didn't see anything. Said I couldn't talk to the manager because he's on vacation. So not only did they basically rob me. The hotel was absolutely disgusting. Bugs in the room. Smelt like sewage and compost around the entire complex. Horribly maintained structure. Rusting all over. Side paneling falling off. It's a health and safety hazard to even be open and running. This is the most stressful and horrible experience I've ever had with a hotel. If I could rate negative stars I would.

we arrived at 11:00 pm traveling up from virginia in bad weather we were very tired the room rate was way to high 119.00 a night we got settled in went to go to bed about 12 midnight peeled back bed comforter and realized the sheets on both beds were not clean they had stains on them they were not changed after last people used them.we had to sleep in our clothes on top of blankets to be safe

Looking for something special, I enjoyed the pictures of the hotel room. However, I quickly found out when I arrived that the pictures were doctored, or taken when they first opened. The room was extremely needing an update, bed was old, hard, and covered in unpressed sheets. The in room hot-tub had stains in the grout, and the room smelled of bleach and second hand smoke (despite the room was a non-smoking room). There was limited light in the room. For the price, I was not impressed with the quality. The only redeeming quality of the hotel was the kind & understanding staff.

Absolutely horrible! If I could give a negative rating I would definitely do it. I would not reccomend this place to anyone. It was really sad that they didnt even clean the room they gave us and after dealing with that they switched us to another room and it wasn't clean either. Asked for my money back and was told that the general manager would not refund me the money and my best bet would be to do a fraud claim with the credit card company to get my money back. What a sad choice hotel, I think they need to pull their name from this location! I was completely shocked with the rooms and the lack of worry about how bad the rooms were, we just wanted a weekend getaway for our birthday's and then this is what we get!

Just stopped here for a few hours to sleep before getting back on the road. Staff was very courteous. Supplies in the room were fine. Room was clean. Sheets were nice. It was quiet while we were there. I would have given five stars but I think the price is a little high given the location and amenities

Nice big and clean room. Bed and pillows good. King size bed with a big bathroom. This was a handicap room. Regular rooms are not too nice they have this funny smell like humidity. Way too expensive for what it is. Breakfast is horrible. Not a happy camper. Too much money for what they offer. Does not even have an elevator. To go to the room you have to go by the stairs that are outside.
