Quality Inn Pittsburgh Airport

It was a decent place with helpful and caring staff. Other than that, it’s just a place to crash. I wouldn’t choose it as a place to stay more than one night. The shuttle to the airport was quick, friendly guy!

Location is great, but be prepared to carry your luggage up the steps. When you open your room you’ll enjoy the stale cigarette smoke accompanied by a lumpy bed. Your bathroom will be comparable to something from the 90’s, not very clean or updated. The shuttle service is nice but be prepared for them not to answer their phone to get in contact with the shuttle service and overall paying a taxi to take you back to your car.

The reviews are fake! This hotel is nothing like what is pictured online. It’s disgusting. The first room smelled so bad of stale cigarette smoke. The man at the front desk wasn’t apologetic and seemed irritated at the inconvenience when asked to switch rooms. The second room smells slightly of stale cigarettes, the fridge is gross, toilet has urine all over the back of the seat, comforters we’re dirty, and beds and pillows uncomfortable. When explaining to Anna at the front desk the next morning, she never apologized for the state of the rooms; she blamed the lack of staff. Be warned of the water temperature: if another room flushes the toilet while you’re showering, the water will burn you! We are sadly stuck with this hotel for 2 more nights because we missed the cancellation window. Edit: the front desk did end up canceling our reservation for the next 2 nights. This only occurred after calling Choice Hotels with the complaint. The front desk never apologized for anything we complained about.

Manager was super friendly and polite. Room was nice and cool. Extremely clean!! Definitely will book another stay. Loved the room. Colorful and inviting. Amazing service!!! Will tell friends and family about my wonderful stay.

Overall it is fine. Great location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really nice. However, the facility is kind of old and some updating/proper maintenance may be needed. My room has clean beds, but there were dusts and dead bugs at edges of windows. The faucet for shower was kind of stuck and not very easy to pull. The fridge was pretty noisy. The phone connection was almost falling off, probably does not mater, since only a few people would use it. In addition, the wifi was very very slow.

I've never been treated as bad by a woman at a front desk as I have at this hotel. She checked me in and I went to my room. She then calls and tells me that my CLC card did not go through and told me that I needed to come to the front desk. She then puts about 2% effort in, then says to the coworker relieving her " I'm not staying to fix this" and walks out the front door. At this point I've been working since 5am and it's now 9pm. She was rude as soon as my coworker and I walked through the door. I'll never stay here again.

Stay here on a "park and fly" deal! Older hotel but clean and no noise. Excellent breakfast including freshly cooked bacon and eggs!

Great place to crash for a night! Private door to the outside like the motels from the past! (Great for smokers) there rooms are clean and up to date modern! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My husband stays here when he works out of town ..I come there and stay with him from time to time I really like and recommend this place .the breakfast is great and there is even someone there to cook ur eggs and sausage how u like it ..When u stay there u get dinner for free on Tuesdays and it is also great ..The staff is very polite and courteous ..great experience. 10 stars. The rooms are clean too😃😃

I stayed at this hotel this past weekend and had a very enjoyable stay. After checking in I was greeted by "Nikki" of the housekeeping stay when I entered my room. She asked if I had everything I needed and told me about nice things to do and see in the area. Her friendliness and helpfulness set the tone for my stay. The room and bed were very comfortable and the neighborhood was peaceful. "Sherry" makes fresh bacon and eggs every morning and she is very friendly always greeting you with a smile. Quality Inn Airport is a great value and Highly Recommended!
